Cancellation & Weather Policy
At Springtide Charters, we understand that plans can change. Because we run a limited number of trips, we ask for as much notice as possible for any cancellation.
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before your scheduled trip are eligible for a full refund of your deposit.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the trip will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged the full trip amount if we are unable to rebook the reservation.
Weather: Your safety is our top priority. If a trip is canceled due to unsafe weather conditions at the captain’s discretion, you will have the option to reschedule your trip or receive a full refund.

If you had a great time on the water, tipping your captain is always appreciated. The industry standard is 15–20% of the trip cost. Gratuities are not included in the booking price.
